Ingredients:
• 3 tbsp – Icing sugar, sifted
• 3 tbsp – Corn flour
• 2 tbsp – Gelatine
• 3 tbsp – Cocoa
• 1/2 cup – Milk
• 3 tbsp – Chopped nuts
• 2 tbsp – Chocolate chips (optional)
Method:
- Mix the sugar, corn flour, gelatine, and cocoa together in a saucepan.
- Slowly mix in the milk.
- Cook over medium heat until the mixture thickens.
- Remove from heat.
- Let it cool.
- Now beat well with a fork until fluffy.
- Spread over the cake with a spatula and garnish with the chopped nuts.
- Then add the chocolate chips.
- Refrigerate and serve cold.
