Ingredients:

• 4 – hard boiled eggs
• 1 cup – macaroni
• 1 cup – grated cheese
• 2 – chopped Green chillies
• 4 tbsp – chopped coriander
• 1 tbsp – chopped Mint
• 1.5 tsp – salt
• 1 tsp – fine black pepper
• 1 tsp – chaat masala
• hot and sweet ketchup

Method:

  1. Boil macaroni till soft and then cook with grated cheese until well mixed (option: make 1 cup of cheese macaroni)
  2. Cut boiled eggs in small pieces – say 8 pieces of 1 egg.
  3. Mix together the cooked macaroni (let it cool before mixing), eggs, coriander, mint, masala, salt, pepper and two tbsp ketchup.
  4. Mix slowly in a large bowl.
  5. A slight variation – use coriander chutney along with the ketchup.
  6. Serve cold.
