Ingredients:
• 4 – hard boiled eggs
• 1 cup – macaroni
• 1 cup – grated cheese
• 2 – chopped Green chillies
• 4 tbsp – chopped coriander
• 1 tbsp – chopped Mint
• 1.5 tsp – salt
• 1 tsp – fine black pepper
• 1 tsp – chaat masala
• hot and sweet ketchup
Method:
- Boil macaroni till soft and then cook with grated cheese until well mixed (option: make 1 cup of cheese macaroni)
- Cut boiled eggs in small pieces – say 8 pieces of 1 egg.
- Mix together the cooked macaroni (let it cool before mixing), eggs, coriander, mint, masala, salt, pepper and two tbsp ketchup.
- Mix slowly in a large bowl.
- A slight variation – use coriander chutney along with the ketchup.
- Serve cold.
