Ingredients:
• 1.75 cups – all – purpose flour
• 2 cups – powdered Sugar
• 3/4 cup – cocoa powder
• 1.5 tsp – baking powder
• 1-5 tsp – baking soda
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 2 – eggs
• 1 cup – Milk
• 1/2 cup – cooking oil
• 2 tsp – vanilla extract
• 1 cup – boiling water
Method:
- Sift together all the dry ingredients and take it in a large bowl.
- Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla extract and beat on medium speed for 2 mins.
- Now stir in the boiling water to make the batter thin.
- Preheat the oven to 350 deg F.
- Grease and flour two 9-inch baking pans.
- Pour in the prepared batter into the pans and bake in 180 deg C for 30-35 mins.
- Cool on wire rack for 15 mins and frost.
