
Ingredients:
• 150 g – Wheat flour.
• 75g – bean.
• 100 g – ground nuts.
• 100 g – Til.
• 50 g – jaggery.
• 200 g – ghee.
• 150 g – mustard seeds.
Method:
- Roast wheat flour and besan in ghee till flavour comes. Add jaggery and mix well.
- Then add roasted til and roasted powdered ground nuts. Mix well.
- Remove it from the fire.
- Spread it on a greased plate and on cooling cut it into pieces.
