Ingredients:

• 1kg – Chicken
• 1/2 cup Curd
• 1/2 cup oil
• 1 tbsp chilli powder
• 3 Onions
• 2 Tomatoes
• 2 tbsp coriander powder
• few Curry leaves
• Grind-
• 2″ Ginger
• 2 pods Garlic
• Few pieces- Cloves and Cinnamon
• 1 tsp Turmeric powder
• 2 tsp Saunf (aniseed)

Method:

  1. Cook the chicken pieces with the ground masala, curd, and tomatoes, and keep aside. Heat oil, and fry sliced onions and curry leaves.
  2. When light brown, add the coriander powder and chilli powder.
  3. Fry for some time. Then add the cooked chicken and fry.
