
Ingredients:
• 10 – Yellow Peaches (ripe)
• 1 cup – Sugar
• 2 cups – Heavy Cream
• 1/2 cup – Mascarpone cheese
Method:
- Peel the peaches and cut them roughly.
- Cook the peaches with 2 tbsp of sugar and a pinch of salt until they turn soft.
- Blend the softened peaches into a smooth puree and keep aside.
- Whisk the heavy cream and sugar until the sugar gets well dissolved, then add the already prepared peach puree and mascarpone cheese and whisk well.
- Pour this mixture into a box or stainless steel bowl and freeze.
- After an hour, take out the slightly frozen ice cream into a blender, beat for a few minutes, pour again into the box and let it sit in freezer overnight.
