
Ingredients:
• 50 g Methi dal
• 150 g Red Chilli powder
• Salt as per taste
• A pinch of Hing
• 1 tsp – roasted sesame
• 1 tsp – Garlic powder
• 1 tsp – Aamchur powder
• 1 tsp – Cumin seed powder
• 1 tsp – oil
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan; roast the methi dal.
- Then add the rest of ingredients and roast for 1 minute and powder.
- Enjoy with pancake or any other dish.
