Ingredients:

• 250 g – green gram
• 50 g – grated Cabbage
• 50 g – shredded Carrot
• 1 – Onion
• 1 – Green chilli
• 1 cup – Coriander leaves
• Salt as per taste
• 1 tbsp – chaat masala
• 2 tbsp – besan
• Oil for cooking

Method:

  1. Grind the green gram, cabbage and carrot in the mixer.
  2. Add chopped onion, green chilli and coriander leaves to the mixture. Mix well.
  3. Add the salt, chaat masala and besan. Make a tight pasty dough.
  4. Shape small balls from the mixture and deep fry.
