
Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – Beef chops
• Onion – 2, sliced
• 2 to 3 – green chillies, slit
• 3 tbsp – oil
• 2 tsp – pepper powder
• 3 – potatoes, halved
Method:
- Wash the chops and marinate them with pepper powder and salt for about 30 mins.
- Heat oil in a large pan and saute the onions and green chillies for a few minutes.
- Add the marinated chops and mix well.
- Simmer for a few mins till the chops get firm.
- Add sufficient water and the potatoes and cook till the chops are done and the gravy dries up.
- Garnish with onion rings.
