Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – Beef chops
• Onion – 2, sliced
• 2 to 3 – green chillies, slit
• 3 tbsp – oil
• 2 tsp – pepper powder
• 3 – potatoes, halved

Method:

  1. Wash the chops and marinate them with pepper powder and salt for about 30 mins.
  2. Heat oil in a large pan and saute the onions and green chillies for a few minutes.
  3. Add the marinated chops and mix well.
  4. Simmer for a few mins till the chops get firm.
  5. Add sufficient water and the potatoes and cook till the chops are done and the gravy dries up.
  6. Garnish with onion rings.
