Ingredients:

• 500g – Cabbage (shredded finely)
• 1 large Capsicum – shredded fine
• 1 tbsp – Oil
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 2 tsp – Coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric
• 1.5 tsp Salt
• 2 tsp – Vinegar
• 1 tsp – Sugar
• Coriander for garnishing

Method:

  1. Place the oil and cumin in a dish and cook covered at HIGH for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the cabbage, capsicum, coriander, turmeric, salt, vinegar and sugar. Mix well.
  3. Cover and cook at HIGH for 5 minutes.
  4. Garnish with coriander and serve.
