Ingredients:

• 1 inch piece – Ginger
• 1 Clove – Garlic
• 3 whole Red Chillies
• 500 g – Meat
• 115 g – Potatoes
• 115 g – Carrots
• 30 m – Vinegar
• salt to taste
• 100 g – oil
• 225 g – onions, chopped
• 115 g – Tomatoes
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 30 g – breadcrumbs

Method:

  1. Grind ginger, garlic, chillies to a fine paste.
  2. Clean, wash and cut meat, potatoes and carrots into even sized cubes.
  3. Boil meat with vinegar, half the oil and salt.
  4. When half done, add ground spices and cook till tender.
  5. Fry potatoes and carrots in oil.
  6. On long skewers thread the onions, potatoes, meat, carrots and raw tomatoes.
  7. Dip the skewered meat and vegetables in the beaten egg, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and deep fry in hot oil.
