Ingredients:
• 1 inch piece – Ginger
• 1 Clove – Garlic
• 3 whole Red Chillies
• 500 g – Meat
• 115 g – Potatoes
• 115 g – Carrots
• 30 m – Vinegar
• salt to taste
• 100 g – oil
• 225 g – onions, chopped
• 115 g – Tomatoes
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 30 g – breadcrumbs
Method:
- Grind ginger, garlic, chillies to a fine paste.
- Clean, wash and cut meat, potatoes and carrots into even sized cubes.
- Boil meat with vinegar, half the oil and salt.
- When half done, add ground spices and cook till tender.
- Fry potatoes and carrots in oil.
- On long skewers thread the onions, potatoes, meat, carrots and raw tomatoes.
- Dip the skewered meat and vegetables in the beaten egg, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and deep fry in hot oil.
