
Ingredients:
• 4 cups – Milk
• 1/2 cup – Sweetened condensed Milk
• 1/4 cup – Grated Paneer
• 1/4 cup – Roasted rolled oats
• 1/2 tsp – Cardamom powder
• a few Pistachios (sliced)
• a few Almonds (sliced)
Method:
- Boil the milk with sweetened condensed milk, grated paneer and cook for a few minutes until the paneer dissolves a bit.
- Now add the roasted nuts, cardamom powder to the cooking payasam. Cook for a few more minutes and take off the stove.
- Serve warm topped with sliced pistachios and almonds.
