Ingredients:
• 2 cups – sprouts (steamed)
• 1/2 cup – Coconut (grated)
• 1/2 cup – Dates (stoned and chopped)
• 1/2 cup – groundnuts (peeled, skinned and soaked)
• 1/2 cup – tomatoes, chopped
• 1 tsp – Green chillies (chopped)
• Salt, pepper, chaat masala and Lemon juice to taste
Method:
- Mix together sprouts, coconut, dates, groundnuts, chillies and tomatoes and chill.
- Add salt, pepper, chaat masala and lemon juice just before serving.
