
Ingredients:
• Coconut Milk – 2 cups
• Spices – bay leaf, cinnamon, Cloves
• Onion – 1
• Tomato – 2
• Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
• Vegetables (optional) – potato, beans, carrots, peas, Cauliflower
• Chilli powder – 1 tsp
• Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
• Coriander leaves
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil and add spices. Fry onion and ginger-garlic paste. Add tomatoes; close and cook.
- Add vegetables, salt, garam masala, and chilli powder, and fry them.
- Pour coconut milk and boil uncovered for 3 minutes.
- Add coriander leaves.
- Serve with idly and puri.
