
Ingredients:
• 250g mushrooms, halved
• 3 tomatoes, chopped finely
• 1 onion, chopped finely
• 1 capsicum, chopped finely
• 100g baby corn, halved
• 1/2 tsp Ginger paste
• 1 tsp Garlic paste
• 2 green chillies, chopped
• 1 tsp Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp Garam Masala
• Salt as per taste
• 1 tbsp oil
• Chopped Coriander leaves
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and fry onions till golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste, simmer for 2 mins and add green chillies and red chilli powder and stir.
- Add tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Then add salt, garam masala, turmeric powder, mushrooms, corn and capsicum.
- Stir for 5 minutes till tender.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
