Ingredients:

• 2 – Capsicum
• 300 g – Paneer
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1 tbsp – Finely chopped Ginger
• 4 to 5 – Chopped Green chillies
• 4 to 5 – Curry leaves
• Salt according to taste
• 1 tbsp – oil
• Chopped Cilantro and Tomatoes for garnishing

Method:

  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil. Put mustard seeds and curry leaves.
  2. Add chopped ginger and chopped chillies.
  3. Then add mashed paneer and mix it. Put this masala aside.
  4. Take capsicum, slice off the top (but reserve the caps) and clean it.
  5. Put paneer masala in the capsicum bowls and cover with the cap.
  6. Put the stuffed capsicum in microwave oven for 4-5 minutes.
  7. If there is a power level in your microwave, use medium level.
  8. Before serving, garnish it with chopped tomato and cilantro leaves. You can also add mushrooms, cabbage, carrots with paneer masala.
