
Ingredients:
• 3 – Egg
• 3 cup – vegetable stock
• 3 tsp – soya sauce
• 1.5 tbsp – Corn starch
• 2 Clove – garlic, finely chopped
• 1 – small onion, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp – Sugar
• 1/2 tsp – white pepper
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp – Butter
Method:
- Heat butter in a pan and add the chopped onions and garlic. Fry for 2 mins
- Add soya sauce and stock to the pan and stir
- Add sugar, salt and pepper and bring to a boil
- Beat the eggs with a little salt and keep aside
- Dissolve corn starch in 1/2 cup water and add to the stock
- Stir continuously to avoid forming lumps. Cook till it becomes thick.
- Finally add the egg mixture stirring very slowly
- Serve hot
