Ingredients:

• Maida flour – 1 cup
• Milk Powder – 1 cup
• Sugar – 2.5 cup
• Green color powder – 2 pinches
• Ghee – 2 tsp

Method:

  1. Roast the maida in ghee till the raw flavour is lost. Keep aside. Let it cool.
  2. Mix the maida with milk powder.
  3. Make sugar syrup by adding a little water. Boil to a 2 string consistency. Immediately turn off the fire.
  4. Add green colour to the syrup. Then add milk powder and maida.
  5. Stir continuously till the white bubbles come. Pour over a greased plate.
