Ingredients:

• 2 cups – cold Milk
• 5 tbsp – Sugar
• 1 tsp – Corn flour
• 2 eggs
• 2 tbsp – cocoa powder

Method:

  1. Separate the egg yolks from the whites and whisk the whites to a stiff froth.
  2. In a saucepan, mix the yolks with the cold milk, corn flour, cocoa powder and sugar.
  3. Cook this mixture on very low heat and stir constantly until it thickens.
  4. Do not boil.
  5. When the mixture is sufficiently thick, top with the beaten egg whites and cook for 2 more minutes without mixing on low heat.
  6. Cool and serve.
