Ingredients:
• Raw Mango – 1
• Jaggery – to taste
• Fenugreek seeds – 1 tsp
• Asafetida – 1/4 tsp
• Turmeric – a pinch
• Salt
• Dry grated Coconut – 1/2 cup
• Red Chilli powder -1/2 to 1 tsp
Method:
- Peel the raw mango and grate it.
- Roast fenugreek seeds till they are light brown in colour.
- Add the cooled roasted fenugreek seeds to the grated mango along with all other ingredients.
- Keep the mixture aside for 1/2 hour and then grind it.
- Serve it with rice or spread it over hot chapathi along with ghee.
