Ingredients:

• Raw Mango – 1
• Jaggery – to taste
• Fenugreek seeds – 1 tsp
• Asafetida – 1/4 tsp
• Turmeric – a pinch
• Salt
• Dry grated Coconut – 1/2 cup
• Red Chilli powder -1/2 to 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Peel the raw mango and grate it.
  2. Roast fenugreek seeds till they are light brown in colour.
  3. Add the cooled roasted fenugreek seeds to the grated mango along with all other ingredients.
  4. Keep the mixture aside for 1/2 hour and then grind it.
  5. Serve it with rice or spread it over hot chapathi along with ghee.
