
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – diced Pineapple
• 1/2 cup each – diced potatoes, peas, Carrots
• 3 tbsp – Pineapple juice
• 3 tbsp – mayonnaise sauce
• White pepper
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Boil vegetables.
- Take a bowl, add pineapple and boiled vegetables.
- Take another bowl, add mayonnaise sauce, a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Add the dressing to the mixed vegetables and fruits.
- Add pineapple juice. Toss it gently.
- Serve chilled.
