Ingredients:

• 1.5 cup – all purpose flour
• 3 tbsp – cocoa powder
• 3/4 tsp – baking soda
• 1/4 tsp – baking powder
• 1/4 tsp – salt
• 3/4 cup – granulated Sugar
• 1/2 cup – condensed Milk
• 1 cup – water
• 1/2 tsp – vanilla essence
• 1/2 tsp – Lemon juice
• 1/4 cup – oil
• 3 pieces – dark chocolate

Method:

  1. Mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder and cocoa powder and sift together
  2. Take water in a bowl, add vanilla essence, sugar, lemon juice and oil. Mix well till sugar completely dissolves
  3. Then slowly add the sifted flour mixture to the wet ingredients mixture – this can be added in 2 parts for easier mixing.
  4. Mix it gently until no lumps are formed.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius for 10 mins.
  6. Now grease the cake pan with a few drops of oil and pour the batter into the cake pan.
  7. Melt some dark chocolate and cocoa powder in a pan and pour it in the cake batter
  8. Now bake at 180 degree Celsius for 35-40 mins
  9. Check if a fork inserted comes out clean.
  10. Make sure it cools completely.
  11. Cut into pieces and serve with vanilla ice cream
