Ingredients:

• 1 bunch – fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped
• a handful – fresh Mint leaves
• 8 – Green chillies
• 1 tsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 2 – chopped, finely Onion
• 4 tsp – oil
• 2 cups – cooked Rice
• A handful – boiled potatoes, fried in oil
• Green peas
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Grind coriander leaves, mint leaves and green chillies together with a little water. Keep aside.
  2. Fry onions till golden brown. Add garam masala and ginger-garlic paste.
  3. Fry till oil separates then add the ground ingredients with a little water.
  4. Let it cook till you get a nice aroma and it should thicken.
  5. Add salt to taste.
  6. Then you can add peas and the fried potatoes.
  7. Add the masala to the rice and stir well till the masala has spread out on the rice.
  8. Serve hot.
