Ingredients:
• Mushroom – 200 g
• Onion – 1
• Green chillies – 6
• Capsicum – 1
• Soya sauce – 1 tbsp
• Oil – 1/4 tsp
• Corn flour – 1 tbsp
• Sugar – 1 tsp
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Cut all vegetables into cubes.
- In a kadai heat oil, add mushrooms and saute till it becomes soft.
- Then add all vegetables to it and saute for 5 to 7 mins.
- Add sauce, salt and sugar.
- Add corn flour mixed with 1/4 cup of water and pour into the gravy.
- Cook in low heat for 3 to 5 mins.
