Ingredients:
• 500g – Chicken breast
• 1.5 tbsp – chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – pepper powder
• 3-4 – chillies, chopped
• Salt to taste
• 1 – onion, large, chopped
• 1 tsp – ginger, crushed
• 1 tsp – garlic, crushed
• 1 tsp – chilli sauce
• 1/2 tsp – soya sauce
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• Oil
• Coriander leaves for garnishing
Method:
- Cook chicken with turmeric powder and pepper powder.
- Cut/shred into bite-sized pieces.
- Marinate it with chilli powder, turmeric powder, and pepper powder for 3 to 4 hours.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken. Drain and reserve.
- In the same oil, saute onion, garlic, ginger, Chillies and garam masala till fragrant.
- Add chicken pieces, soya sauce, salt and chilli sauce and mix well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
