Ingredients:

• Bread slices – 6
• Boiled moong – 1 cup
• Crushed Paneer – 3 tsp
• Green chilly- 1
• Coriander leaves
• Chopped Onion – 1
• Ground nut crushed – 2 tsp
• Salt
• Red chilly powder – 2 tsp
• Garam Masala – 1 tsp
• Amchur powder – 1/2 tsp
• Rawa – 1/2 cup
• Anaar daana – 1/2 cup
• Oil for frying

Method:

  1. Mix boiled moong, green chilli, coriander leaves, paneer, groundnuts, salt, red chily powder, garam masala, amchur, anaar daane.
  2. Peal off corners of bread slices. Put them in little bit water. Press to remove extra water.
  3. Place ready mixture in slice. Fold to turn into rolls. Wrap this rolls with suji.
  4. Heat the oil in frying pan. Fry these rolls.
  5. Serve rolls with chutney or sauce.
