Ingredients:
• Bread slices – 6
• Boiled moong – 1 cup
• Crushed Paneer – 3 tsp
• Green chilly- 1
• Coriander leaves
• Chopped Onion – 1
• Ground nut crushed – 2 tsp
• Salt
• Red chilly powder – 2 tsp
• Garam Masala – 1 tsp
• Amchur powder – 1/2 tsp
• Rawa – 1/2 cup
• Anaar daana – 1/2 cup
• Oil for frying
Method:
- Mix boiled moong, green chilli, coriander leaves, paneer, groundnuts, salt, red chily powder, garam masala, amchur, anaar daane.
- Peal off corners of bread slices. Put them in little bit water. Press to remove extra water.
- Place ready mixture in slice. Fold to turn into rolls. Wrap this rolls with suji.
- Heat the oil in frying pan. Fry these rolls.
- Serve rolls with chutney or sauce.
