
Ingredients:
• 200g – groundnuts
• 8 Green chillies
• 1/4 tsp – cumin
• Salt
• 1/2 tsp – Tamarind paste
• 6 Garlic Cloves
• For tempering
• 1 tsp – oil
• 1 Red Chilli
• 1/4 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Urad Dal
• 10 Curry leaves
Method:
- Dry fry groundnuts, remove husk and keep aside.
- Dry fry green chilli (prick them with needle before frying)
- Grind the ingredients (except the tempering ones) to a fine paste
- Heat oil, add mustard seeds, red chilli pieces, urad dal and curry leaves
- Fry till the seeds splutter, pour the tempering over the chutney mix
- Serve with dosa, pongal, idli or upma.
