
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – minced Meat
• 1 – onion, chopped
• 1/2 tbsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1.5 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/4 tsp – pepper powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• salt – to taste
• 2 – potatoes, boiled and mashed
• 1 tbsp -coriander leaves
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and saute, the onion till, they turn pink in colour.
- Add the ginger garlic paste and saute, till the raw smell goes.
- Add all the spice powders and stir for a minute.
- Mix in the meat along with salt, cover and cook.
- Stir in between, till the meat is done.
- Tip in the mashed potatoes and coriander leaves. Stir well and switch off heat. Let it cool.
- Take a bit of the mixture in your hand and shape them. Continue, till the whole mixture is shaped.
- Dip each cutlet, in the beaten egg and immediately roll them, in the bread crumbs, till all the sides are coated evenly. Keep aside.
- Heat oil and fry the cutlets, till golden brown. Drain onto an absorbent paper.
- Serve with onion salad or sauce.
