Ingredients:

• 1 kg – Cashewnuts
• 500 gms – Sugar
• 5 gms – Saffron
• 1 packet – Silver ark

Method:

  1. Take a kadhai put powdered cashewnut and sugar together.
  2. Mix well till it’s not become thick and sticky.
  3. Switch off the flame and let it be cooled.
  4. After cooling divide the mixture into two portion, add saffron colour in one portion.
  5. Now make a layer of yellow mixture then put a layer of white mixture roll it and give triangular shape.
