Ingredients:

• 1.5 cups – flour
• 2 tsp – baking powder
• 1 tsp – salt
• 3/4 cup – Sugar
• 1 tsp – vanilla
• 2 – eggs
• 1 cup – Cream

Method:

  1. Sieve the flour along with salt and baking powder a few times. Keep aside.
  2. Beat eggs in a bowl.
  3. Add sugar and vanilla and beat well.
  4. Add the cream and flour mixture alternately, beginning and ending with flour mixture.
  5. Pour into a pan and bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes or till a toothpick inserted in the centre of the cake comes out clean.
