
Ingredients:
• 4 cups – water
• 2 cups – Rice
• 2 – Garlic Cloves (finely chopped)
• 2 – Maggi Chicken flavoured cubes
• 3 – eggs
• 4 – baby carrots, sliced (optional)
• 4 – green beans sliced into small pieces (optional)
• 4 tbsp – Green peas (optional)
• 1/4 cup – Canola Oil
• Do not add salt – there is enough salt in Chicken stock cubes
Method:
- Wash rice and cook until it’s completely done.
- Take a deep kadai, add oil and let it get warm. Add garlic and saute for a while, but don’t burn the garlic.
- You can add vegetables like carrots, green beans, green peas and saute for a while or until cooked.
- Then add chicken stock cubes and fry for about 3 minutes.
- Break egg into a bowl, adding one egg at a time.
- Then scramble the egg, add cooked rice and stir well.
