
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Milk
• 4 – Dates
• 2 tbsp – Cornflakes
• 1 tsp – Honey (optional)
• Crushed ice (from a cube)
Method:
- Blend cornflakes, dates, milk, ice and honey to form a smooth mixture (no sugar is needed).
- Garnish with crushed cornflakes and serve chilled.
