Ingredients:
• 400 g – Chicken
• Salt – taste
• Readymade frozen gravy
Method:
- If you’re in a hurry, keep a stock of gravy in the freezer.
- For a quick chicken, cut thin slices from a frozen boneless chicken using the bread cutting machine.
- Stir fry the slices with a little frozen gravy. It takes precisely 2 minutes for 400 g of chicken slices to absorb the flavour of gravy and cook to tenderness.
