Ingredients:
• 1/2 – Apple grated
• 1 – Sweet Potato (washed, peeled and cooked)
• 4 Whole Wheat Bread
• 1/4 Cup (Chopped) – Onion
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• Salt – as needed
• 8 leaves (Chopped) – Mint
• Coriander -a small quantity
• Oil
Method:
- Mix grated apple and cooked sweet potato.
- Soak bread pieces in water for a minute. Completely squeeze the water. Mix with apple and sweet potato mixture.
- Add chopped onion, mint leaves, coriander, garam masala, red chilli powder and salt. Mix well and make to chapathi dough consistency.
- Make any desired shape.
- Heat dosa pan and place the cutlets.
- Add a few drops of oil and cook on medium the flame till it becomes crispy.
- After 5 to 10 minutes, turn slowly to the other side. Cook till that side becomes crispy.
- Serve hot with any sauce.
