
Ingredients:
• 75 gms – grated Coconut
• 1 cup – boiled Corn
• 1 cup – groundnuts
• 3 tbsp – oil
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 4 – green chillies, chopped finely
• A few sprigs – Curry leaves
• 150 gms – thin poha, washed and drained
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 tbsp – Lemon juice
• 1 tbsp – coriander leaves, chopped, for garnishing
• salt and Sugar – to taste
Method:
- Put oil in a casserole. Microwave ‘High’ for a minute.
- Add cumin seeds and microwave on ‘High’ for one minute.
- Add green chillies, curry leaves and groundnuts.
- Microwave on ‘High’ for three minutes.
- Mix corn, poha, coconut, and the remaining spices in a plate.
- Add to the casserole and mix well. Sprinkle 30 ml of water.
- Cover and microwave on ‘High’ for three minutes to make the chivda very hot.
- Sprinkle coriander leaves and serve hot.
