Ingredients:

• 1 kg – boneless Chicken
• 1 tbsp – Maida
• 1 tbsp – Corn flour
• 1 – Egg white
• 1 – Curd
• 1/2 tsp – chilli powder
• 6 to 7 – Green chillies
• Curry leaves
• Red color
• Salt to taste
• Oil
• Coriander leaves for garnishing

Method:

  1. Cut the chicken into small, boneless pieces.
  2. Clean and mix it with maida, corn flour, egg white and little salt.
  3. Keep aside for 1-2 hours.
  4. Deep fry the pieces. Care should be taken that it doesn’t turn fully brown.
  5. Mix chilli powder, red colour, a few green chillies and a little salt in the curd.
  6. Soak the chicken pieces in the curd mixture. Keep aside for 1-2 hours.
  7. Fry the remaining green chillies and curry leaves in little oil.
  8. Put a little salt (optional). Fry the chicken pieces in this for 8-10 minutes.
  9. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
