
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – besan powder
• 1 cup – whole Milk
• 1 cup – Ghee
• 1 cup – grated Coconut (fresh of frozen)
• 2-2.5 cups – Sugar
• For Garnishing:
• cashew
• Sugar
Method:
- Mix the besan powder and milk together without any lumps in a kadai.
- Then add the ghee, sugar and coconut. Turn on the heat and saute.
- Keep sauteing till bubbles start to form and the batter becomes thick and doesn’t stick to the edges.
- Pour it into a greased pan. Sprinkle sugar on top and place cashews.
- Once it cools, you can slice them into squares.
