Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Cabbage (roughly chopped)
• 1/2 cup – Onion (chopped)
• 1/2 cup – Potato
• 2 – Green chilli
• 100 g – Cottage cheese
• A handful – Coriander leaves
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1 tsp – dried Mango powder
• 1 tsp – dried Pomegranate seeds
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 cup – Yoghurt
• 1/2 cup – gram flour
• 2 tbsp – all-purpose flour (maida)
Method:
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl, blend to form a thick paste.
- If it’s too thick add a little water and if it’s too loose add a little flour (gram flour or maida).
- Heat oil in a pan, apply some oil on your palms and make fritters in any shape you want.
- Fry both sides. Once they are golden, drain on tissue paper for excess oil.
