Ingredients:
• For Gola:
• 1.5 cup – Besan
• 1 Onion finely chopped
• 2 tbsp – Chilli powder
• 1 tbsp – Salt
• 1 tbsp – Oil
• 1 tbsp Lemon juice
• 1/2 tbsp -Haldi
• 1/2 tbsp – Garam Masala
• Water to make a dough.
• For rice:
• 1 cup Rice
• Hing
• Currypatta
• Mastard seeds
• Jeera.
• Salt as per taste
• For Sar:
• Tamarind pulp 2 tbsp
• 1 cup Water
• Salt for taste
• Hing
• For tadka:
• Currypatta
• 5 tbs Oil
• Mustard Seeds 2 tbsp
• Garlic flakes 4-5 chopped
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients given in gola and make dough and make small balls in the shape of egg.
- For rice: Make tadka and add rice, water and add the gola’s when the rice start’s boiling, cook along with the rice, now the gola-bhat is ready.
- For sar: mix water and tamarind, give tadka and just heat it don’t boil. Sar is ready.
- For oil: Heat oil, add mustard seeds, curry patta, garlic and hing.
- Serve rice with gola and sar in a bowl and 1 spoon oil on the rice.
