Ingredients:

• 1 – whole packet mushroom.
• 1 – full size green pepper.
• To taste – pepper powder.
• 1 tsp – soya sauce.
• 2 – medium onions, finely chopped.
• To taste – salt.

Method:

  1. Take 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan and add the finely chopped onions.
  2. Saute till it turns brown.
  3. Then add pepper powder, salt and fry for 2 to 4 seconds.
  4. Add the washed mushroom (cut in small pieces).
  5. Stir all the above for 1 minute and add soya sauce.
  6. Stir well, for a few seconds.
  7. Last of all, add the chopped pieces of green pepper and stir well.
  8. Close the lid for a 3 mins.
  9. This recipe is complete and it can be eaten along with chapatti or rice.
