
Ingredients:
• Prawns – 250 g.
• 3 – onions.
• 3 – potatoes.
• Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp.
• Red Chilli powder – 3/4 tsp.
• Coconut powder – 3 tbsp.
• Fresh Cream – 3 tbsp.
Method:
- Clean prawns, marinate with coconut powder, turmeric powder and salt for 15-20 mins.
- Boil the potatoes whole, taking care not to over cook it. Peel the skin and cut into pieces.
- Heat oil, add potatoes, chilli powder, onions and salt.
- Fry till the onions and potatoes turn brown.
- Add fresh cream. Stir for a minute.
- Add marinated prawns, mix well and keep in low flame for about 10 mins.
