Ingredients:

• 1 cup – saboodhana
• 1/2 litre – Milk
• 1 cup – Sugar
• 1 tbsp – milkmaid
• For garnishing:
• 2 tbsp – finely chopped cashewnuts, Almonds and Pistachios

Method:

  1. Soak the saboodhana for an hour.
  2. Bring milk to a boil and add the saboodhana and other ingredients.
  3. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Garnish with chopped cashewnuts, almonds and pistachios.
