
Ingredients:
• 7 – Tomatoes
• 1/2 cup – Coconut
• Coriander leaves
• Asafoetida (hing)
• 1/2 cup, small – fried gram dal
• 3-4 tbsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tbsp – Sugar
• For masala:
• A little coconut, fried gram, coriander leaves, Hing and some cooked Tomatoes
Method:
- Chop the tomato, cook with sugar and chilli powder.
- Once the tomatoes are cooked, take some out and grind with the ingredients listed for masala.
- Then add the ground paste back into the remaining tomatoes. Add salt to taste.
- Cook everything for 5-10 mins. Finally, season with some mustard.
