Ingredients:
• 4 – round buns, halved and buttered
• 1 tbsp – Butter
• 1 cup – lean lamb mince, cooked
• 1/4 cup – chopped Onion
• 2 – tomatoes, sliced
• 1 cup – spinach, chopped
• 2 – hard boiled eggs, sliced
• 8 – thin slices of Cucumber
• 1/4 cup – mayonnaise
• 3 – Lettuce leaves | 1/2 tsp – Garlic paste
• 1/4 tsp – Ginger paste
• 1/4 cup – chopped Coriander leaves
• 1 – Green chilli chopped finely
• 1 tsp – soy sauce
• 1/4 tsp – Cumin seeds powder
• 1/4 tsp – pepper powder
• Salt as per taste
Method:
- Heat butter in a pan.
- Fry onion till transparent.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and saute.
- Add lamb mince and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add chilli, cumin powder and salt.
- Add coriander leaves and soy sauce.
- Cook for another 5 minutes.
- Remove from fire.
- Make 4 parts of meat.
- For sandwich:
- On 4 halves of bun, put lettuce leaves.
- Put meat parts on it.
- Top with egg slices.
- Top with tomato and cucumber slices.
- Put the chopped spinach over it.
- Mix pepper powder with mayonnaise.
- On the remaining halves of buns, apply mayonnaise on the inner side.
- Put these halves on the stuffed halves.
- Bake it for 10 minutes in moderate oven at 450 F.
- Serve with French fries and ketchup.
