Ingredients:

• 1 Cup of Rice flour
• 1 Cup of Maida
• 1 Cup of fine Rava
• 1 big Onion
• 4-6 green Chilies
• 1 tsp Cumin seeds
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Cut onion into small pieces.
  2. Grate chilies
  3. Mix all ingredients.
  4. Add 1 tbsp of heated oil.
  5. Make dough adding suitable amount of water.
  6. Make sure that the dough is neither too thick nor too soft.
  7. Make small balls and roll like small poories.
  8. Fry in oil.
