
Ingredients:
• 1 bunch green Garlic
• 1 kg mince
• 2 tbsp oil
• 1 chopped Onion
• 2 cups hot water
• 1 tsp. ground Ginger and chillies
• 1 tsp. Dhania
• 1 tsp. Jeera powder
• ½ tsp. Red Chilli powder
• 1 Lemon
• 6 eggs
• 1/2 cup Ghee & salt to taste
Method:
- Fry Onion, add ground masala and then kheema, fry.
- Add two cups pf hot water and cook the kheema. Remove from fire when water has dried out.
- Put the kheema in a big lagaan or deep thali. Spread out evenly. Chop garlic very fine and sprinkle over kheema along with jeera and chilli powders. Squeeze lemon over it all.
- Then break eggs one by one and spread over kheema.
- Make the ghee piping hot and pour over the eggs.
- Do not stir but tilt the vessel so that the eggs are covered with the ghee and cooked.
- Then strain off extra ghee and seve for an early winter morning breakfast.
