Ingredients:
• 1 cup Channa dal
• 1 tbsp Rice
• 1 big onion, chopped
• 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
• Pinch of Turmeric
• Salt to taste
• Coriander, finely chopped
• Curry Leaves, chopped (1 twig)
• Green chillies, chopped
Method:
- Soak channa dal and rice for 2-3 hours in water. Grind them coarsely.
- Then add all other ingredients and mix well.
- Make round balls and flatten them to form vadas.
- Deep fry them till brown.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup or sauce.
