Ingredients:

• 4 to 5 – Potatoes, boiled
• 2 – Medium-sized Onions, finely chopped
• 2 – Medium-sized, firm Tomatoes, finely chopped
• 1 – Green chilli, very finely chopped (optional if you want it less spicy)
• 1/4 tsp – chaat masala
• 1/4 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 2 tsp Mint chutney (made from grinding a combination of Mint leaves, coriander leaves, a few Green chillies and salt)
• 2 tsp – sweet chutney (made from grinding a combination of seedless Dates and ball sized Tamarind soaked in water)
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 Lemon
• Few sprigs of Coriander leaves
• Mixture or sev

Method:

  1. Peel the boiled potatoes and chop into bite sized cubes.
  2. Add finely chopped onions, tomatoes, green chillies, chaat masala, red chilli powder and salt to taste.
  3. Add the chutneys and squeeze in the lemon juice over it.
  4. Give it a good toss and garnish with sev/mixture and coriander leaves.
  5. Note:This tastes just as great without the chutneys.
