Ingredients:
• Carrots – 500 g
• Sugar – 200 g
• Ghee – 2 tbsp
• Dry fruits – 1/2 cup
• Milk powder – 1 cup
Method:
- Wash and grate the carrots.
- Mix carrots, sugar and ghee in a microwave bowl and cover it with a lid.
- Microwave for 8 mins.
- Take out and add dry fruits and milk powder. Mix lightly.
- Put the bowl back in the oven for 7 minutes.
- Serve hot.
