Ingredients:

• Low fat yogurt – 2 cups
• Mango puree – 1 cup
• Papaya puree – 1 cup
• Honey or Sugar to taste
• Mint leaves – few
• To garnish:
• Fresh Pomegranate

Method:

  1. Line a colander with thin muslin.
  2. Pour the yogurt in it and let the liquid drain till one cup of thick yogurt is left in the colander.
  3. Beat the thick yogurt till smooth.
  4. Mix with both the fruit purees.
  5. Add honey or sugar.
  6. Shred 3-4 mint leaves and add to the fool.
  7. Pour in individual dessert cups and chill.
  8. Serve garnished with pomegranate seeds and mint leaves.
